Square footage is determined by including all inspectable interior square footage, plus 50% of all garage, carports, utility rooms, decking and patio.

Condominiums

• Starting at 1$00.00 – Re-inspections
• $220.00 – Inspection-700 sq. ft.
• $265.00 – Inspection-700-1200 sq. ft.
• $365.00 – Inspection-Over 1200 sq. ft.

Large luxury townhouses and condos are priced as single family homes.

Single Family Homes and Prelisting Inspections

• $350.00 – Single Family Homes and Prelisting Inspections-1200 sq. ft. or less
• $435.00 – Single Family Homes and Prelisting Inspections-1200-2500 sq. ft.
